A Master Class with Instructor Alli Cost

In this special one hour* class we'll be challenged by Master Instructor Alli Cost to improve our form, play with our intensity and discover new layers of muscular activation and recruitment. 

Alli is an occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience working with infants through adults, work which has helped her gain a unique understanding of the body’s capacity to adapt through the lifespan. She has worked in a variety of settings from New York City hospitals to Third World countries. She currently sees clients in New York City and serves as Planning Director of Foundation Training at the national level, integrating treating, teaching, and writing into her role.  

Because we work in our own bodies, on our own mats, at our own pace while maintaining charge of our own intensity, persons of varying experience levels can work side-by-side (virtually and in person). Nonetheless, this is a class designed with experienced Foundation Training practitioners in mind and may not be suitable for most beginners. (A minimum of two months experience of Foundation Training practice with a certified instructor is recommended.) 

*45 minutes of exercise followed by 15 minutes of Question and Response time.
