About the Event
This 5 class series will provide an overview of Foundation Training, its core principles of decompression breathing, anchoring, and hinging and how integrating those principles can restore proper movement patterns.

This workshop series is designed for individuals who are brand new to Foundation Training. The goal is that at the end of 5 weeks participants will feel comfortable jumping into one of our regular scheduled classes should they choose.Â
* This work is completed barefoot. Mats will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own.
