Aspire

Aspire:

Verb

To direct ones hopes or ambitions to achieving something

What do you aspire to be?

What do you aspire to accomplish?

Someone recently asked me to share my dream job.

Following some contemplation, I was not able to answer the question.

I do not have a dream job, that does not mean that I cannot look towards the future.

I have goals. Some personal, some professional.

I am a firm believer in dreaming big and taking advantage of every opportunity as there is room to learn about yourself, what you like and dislike.

While not every experience is going to be your favorite, it will lead to some form of growth.

In 2012, I was given the opportunity to learn Foundation Training.

10 years later I enjoy sharing this work with others as a certified instructor.

So, while I may not have a dream job, I aspire to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.

For me, that means starting my day with a Foundation Training workout.

Taking time to breathe and restore my body into its proper mechanical position is crucial for a successful day. Never underestimate the power of a great workout.

Now it is time for you to start your journey.

Join me Wednesday mornings at 6 am CT in a virtual 45 minute Foundation Training workout. The first Wednesday of every month is complimentary through 2022.

What do you have to lose?

Aspire.

You will not regret it.
