I used to recommend a book to my clients aged 50 and older called "Younger Next Year." This book is a guide to turning back your biological clock by following a few rules including exercising six days a week, eating healthfully, maintaining healthy connections, and committing to something you are passionate about. Since turning 50, the phrase “Younger Next Year” is no longer just a book title, it is a way of life.

When I was in my teens, I began experiencing “mystery” symptoms and pain. By the time I was in my thirties, I was exhausted by the pain. It hurt to move, stand or sit. It even hurt to lie down. I was in pain all the time.

I felt betrayed by my body.

I sought out many specialists to try and diagnose and manage my symptoms. Despite my compliance with medications and treatment modalities, I was not getting better. Eventually, I gave up on prescription medications and turned to real food for healing. Over time I learned there was a pattern--giving up certain foods left me feeling far healthier.

However, when I turned 50, all my symptoms returned with a vengeance--knife stabbing headaches, irregular heart rates, difficulty breathing, raging hormones, and diffuse joint pain. Diagnostic studies were inconclusive however my bloodwork showed high inflammatory markers. It was a good news bad news situation. Thankfully I didn’t have a terrible disease but no one had answers. My obstetrician recommended a hysterectomy, but I wasn’t ready to let go of any body parts yet.

I decided to reexamine my diet and realized I needed to raise the bar.

After several months of clean eating, I returned to my obstetrician who was shocked to see me looking so well. Apparently, with the proper diet I had rebalanced my system.

The photo above is from a recent hike in the Badlands of South Dakota. Earlier in my life I would not have been able to hike that trail. I feel stronger, have more energy, less brain fog and less pain. I feel younger!

This cleanse is intended to meet you where you are. Maybe you have mystery symptoms or do not have any health issues at all. Maybe you are looking to gain resilience or to lose weight. Or maybe you just simply know you can do better.

This cleanse will take you back to the basics. It is safe, and everyone can do it.

Join the cleanse and I will see you there!
