Build a strong foundation.
In our classes we emphasize Foundation Training, based on the work of Dr. Eric Goodman. This is a holistic approach to improving posture, alleviating pain and enhancing overall physical wellbeing. In a dynamic series of movements and poses, Foundation Training will help you decompress your spine, improve your breath-work, connect your posterior chain and activate your inner core to create healthy and more beautiful movement patterns, improve your posture, and reduce your risk for injuries and pain.
