Service Description
Start your weekend with intention and strength. This 45 minute advanced level Foundation Training flow is designed to challenge your body and refine your movement patterns. This class will guide you through powerful hinging, deep anchoring, and expansive decompression breathing to create space, build resilience, and restore balance. Expect a dynamic mix of standing, supine, and prone positions that will push your practice to the next level. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, and fully energized- ready to take on anything the day throws your way! This class is best suited for those with prior Foundation Training experience or those who have completed an introductory workshop. New clients are always welcome! Cancellation Policy
We value our relationship with our clients and respect your time and ask that you do the same. We do understand that life happens so please read the booking and cancelation policy for our class offerings. Booking policy: For morning and noon classes, clients must register by 8 am CST the day of the session. For afternoon and evening classes, clients must register by 12:00 pm CST the day of the session. Cancelation policy: Clients can cancel up to 8 hours in advance to receive a credit to their account. No shows will be charged the full price of the class or individual session. Clients can reschedule up to 8 hours prior to the class start time or else any prepayment is forfeited. All workshops are nonrefundable. They are transferrable to another individual for the workshop purchased but not transferrable for future workshops.
