It is time to return to base camp with proper hinging, anchoring, and breathing patterns. In this 45 minute Foundation Training class, you will practice the core principles of this work in standing, kneeling, supine, and prone positions. Whatever your day holds, from work to family to fitness, it never hurts into return to base camp. Join Jenner on Wednesday evenings at Studio Melt to reset and ground your body with proper breathing and movement patterns. This class is designed for beginners and pros a like. We do understand that life happens so please read the cancelation policy on our various offerings below: Private 1:1 Sessions (Virtual and In Person) Clients who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total price. Clients are able to cancel/reschedule their session ahead of the 24 hour window without being charged. If a session is missed without prior communication, clients will be charged the full price for their session. In Person and Virtual Classes: Classes are able to be cancelled or rescheduled up to 8 hours before the start of class.
