First Class Tips
Sign in 15 minutes early so we can troubleshoot if needed.
Bring a mat and glass of water.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable exercising in.
Bare feet recommended, but soft shoes with grippy soles work too.
Most participants will leave their cameras on, but if you prefer you can turn your camera off once class begins.
