We live in a world that celebrates more.

But in all that motion, most of us forget to ask ourselves:

How does my body actually feel when I move through my day? Not in a dramatic, injury-level way but in the subtle, everyday way. I’m talking about the stiffness when you get out of bed or your tight shoulders typing at your desk. Maybe your low back that feels “off” but you brush it off. This is all normal right?
