Some Thoughts On Teamwork

I spent Saturday afternoon watching the Wisconsin Football team win its first Big Ten game of the season at Camp Randall against the University of Washington. It was one of those games that reminded me what it means to come together as a team. From the moment they took the field to the final play, you could feel the energy of this challenging season shift as the players leaned on each other, trusted their preparation, and did something they all knew they were capable of.
I know not everyone is a fan of the Wisconsin Badgers, or college football in general but please stick with me for a second.
This particular game made me think about how we each have our own “teams” in life, whether that includes family, friends, coworkers, or the various communities we are part of. As the year winds down and life feels busy with work, the holidays, and everything else we try to accomplish in a short amount of time, it is easy to lose sight of how we are showing up to those teams.
Are you showing up feeling strong, confident, and grounded?
Or are you running on empty?
At True Line Fitness, we believe that taking time to realign and strengthen your body is essential. You deserve to carve out some time to practice Foundation Training. Give yourself the opportunity reconnect with your body through decompression breathing, anchoring, and movement that supports your posture, strength, and balance. When you show up for yourself, you show up stronger for everyone else, too.
So, as we embrace these last few incredible months of 2025, give yourself (and your team) the gift of health. Join us for a Foundation Training class either in-person with me at Studio Melt or virtually with Linda on Zoom.
And if there is someone in your life who deserves to feel their best, surprise them with a True Line Fitness gift card this holiday season.
We all deserve to be a part of a team that helps us thrive in all aspects of our lives, and I am grateful that you are a part of this team and community.
Can't wait to see you in class!
