My name is Nike Loomis.

I am a health coach and the creator and curator of the Sweet Spot Cleanse, and in collaboration with True Line Fitness I'm excited to bring this cleanse to you.


How did the Sweet Spot Cleanse come about? Good question! At times in my life I've struggled to find and maintain health and balance. Tempting as it was, during those times I didn't quit; well, not for more than maybe a nanosecond anyway. Instead, I put my head down, studied, experimented and began to practice new ways of being, and in particular new ways of thinking about and interacting with food. What I learned has brought increased health, energy and even joy into my life and the lives of others with whom I have been privileged to share. Rest assured, I am not done learning. Like you, I am a work in progress too!


Nonetheless, wherever you are on your health journey I am eager to connect with you and share what I have learned, to help you get and stay on track toward better health; And perhaps a more energized and joyful life will emerge for you as well. Along with my colleagues here at TLF, that is the hope we have for you.
